Recently retired pro hockey player, Rob Schremp visits the #SameHere Show to talk about why he decided to jump right into mental health advocacy so soon after his playing days. This episode is jam-packed with relatable experiences that Rob shares, many for the first time, publicly. From going to the rink as a youngster just to escape uncomfortable thoughts, to an experience with a gun and thoughts of self-harm, you hear straight from Rob about many of the obstacles he has faced on his way to now helping so many others.
