When Robert Paschal Jr, Broker City Plat, left the US Army in 2009, it was exactly the right time to enter the real estate market. So, he took on a sales job to service military and corporate clients until the market improved in 2014.

Since then he started in the residential world, moved to working with builders in subdivisions, started selling million-dollar homes and then worked his way into the commercial side of the industry. One of his favorite parts of the business is completing land deals because of the complexity of projects and use of creative thinking to make projects a success. 

Robert and I discussed a wide variety of topics, including everything from starting his own firm from a national firm, lessons learned during the pandemic and working with a team.
