My most personal and profoundly vulnerable episode to date and in a time where it seems there is more hurting than authentically thriving in the world, Here is a brief glance of my insights into the other side of life in which almost everyone has experienced to some degree or another. IF you feel at the bottom of your energy, I can relate, I've actually struggled through chaos at several points in my journey.

I’m sure someone is rock bottom right now…. My intention is to ensure you are not the only one and that you truly matter. And may I warn you, just because someone has Hollywood looks, Olympic athletic prowess, outerearthly creativity or a Life that ‘seems’ to be handed on a silver platter,…. Having it ‘easy’ couldn’t be further from the truth.
