Returning guest and member of the NICH team, Michael Garrison is a 22-year-old professional cyclist blazing a new path in an old-guard sport. We chat about our program which will be the most diverse in professional cycling, but also one that focuses on fan engagement and brand building. We go deep into his spectacular results during SpeedWeek (criterium racing) where he completely disrupted the discipline with his “full gas” tactics. Lastly, we talk through how it felt when another team director decided that they couldn’t beat him in the arena and instead turned an act of sportsmanship into a technical relegation.
