Did you know that by age 7, you’re pretty well programmed with your beliefs, view on how you fit in the world, and your values?
As we grow up and gain life experience, many of those things are questioned. The way to reprogram yourself is through daily practice of the things you want to be different in your life. This is really forming a new habit and it can be ANYTHING: joy, wealth, health, happiness, relationships. It’s entirely up to you!
