Dancing in the moonlight is one of my daughter’s favourite songs… today we are talking about dancing in the moment and how really skilled coaching is about being able to do that dance where we are happy to follow the lead of our clients. 

I equally talk about how coaching is becoming mainstream in organisations as well as for individuals. We don’t ever truly dance with others in such a way in any other intervention.
