Ep. 06: Be an Oven, Not a Microwave

Life is all about growth. The funny thing about growth is that in order to truly do it, you have to fall flat on your face first. I've gotten pretty good at failing and that's how I know I'll be just fine in this crazy thing we call life. As a gymnastics coach and mental health professional (in training), my focus in this world is to help my athletes learn how to fail gracefully and grow exponentially. I believe in a better world for our youth and my job is to be one small part in creating it. Together we can shift the mindset of our kids and teach them how to get a grip on life before it grabs ahold of them first.
