In today's podcast, I talk about my own journey in relationships and how my past mistakes and experiences shaped me into today's version of myself. 

It took me a long time to understand my worth and to learn how to stand up for myself in relationships. Although I'm in a great place in my life now, it wasn't always that way. 

Today's message is all about knowing who you are and truly owning your own worth instead of allowing others (especially significant others) to define you.

We all have bad days and rough patches, but are we really doing what's best for ourselves when trying to get over it? You may not even realize it but it's possible your behavior while trying to feel better is more self-destructive than productive. This topic was extremely eye-opening for me when I reflected on some of my own coping mechanisms. Hopefully this discussion will lift up your soul just like it did mine! 

We live in a world with instant access to everything, but sometimes the best things in life are worth the wait. Success comes to those who work hard and put quality hours into their craft.
