My Pocket Psych

Ep 069: Life after coaching

Listen Later

In this episode, Richard is once again flying solo, looking at the topic of life after coaching ends.

It's crucial that coach and coachee are clear on the finite nature of the coaching relationship and that the coach does what they can to reduce the chance of dependency on coaching.

Richard explores what that can look like and what kinds of skills coachees can apply to other contexts once they've finished coaching.

Please do get in touch with your questions and comments about coaching, especially if you're thinking of working with a coach or indeed, you are a coach and want to add to our perspective.
