Nick Walker is the founder and co-owner of Ology Brewing Company the versatile and bustling brewery that claims the title of Tallahassee's fourth brewery in opening, but is quickly becoming the largest brewery in operation with three locations in Florida's capital city and plans to move into the spot vacated by Angry Chair Brewing in Tampa's Seminole Heights neighborhood. 

In this episode, I talk to Nick about where Ology has been and the growth it has seen as well as how the brewery and its staff keep up with the dizzying array of releases and new beers the brewery always seems to have on hand.  I hope you enjoy the show.
