This Monday is my favourite blend of practice, Yang with a little Yin.
The practice this week is a little challenging only in a few spots where I ask you to call on your strength to hold a bit longer than you may have on your own. Other than that it's a nice volume two of the first episode, Everyday Flow.
Focus is the side body 3D style.
You need pillows for this practice.
