Victoria began her career in Silicon Valley managing strategic partnership programs for global technology organizations. Her years of experience working in marketing and business development functions within a number of startup companies allowed her to understand the importance of being nimble and adaptable within an ever-evolving business environment.

As part of her doctoral studies, Victoria conducted original research on culturally sustainable coaching practices and is an expert in coaching across cultural boundaries. Victoria is also passionate about education as a societal investment and has served on non-profit school boards and educational program steering committees.
