Society has us thinking we need to be hyper-productive and on-the-go 24/7 and I'm here to tell you... THAT'S NOT IT!
The other day, I challenged myself to honor my body and do absolutely nothing. In doing that, I learned to live in the moment and enjoy the simple joys of life. I watched movies, cooked dinner, and had a glass of wine, and guess what? I don't feel guilty about it!
Inspired by the film Eat Pray Love, I decided that I didn't have to go to Italy to experience paradise. Paradise is in our minds. We create the world we want to live in. This film really opened my eyes, and humbled me in a way. I was able to put so much in perspective, and learn to enjoy the simple things in life.
In today's episode, I simply just discuss the Simple Art of Doing Nothing.
Like seriously, take some time for yourself.
Do whatever it is that makes you happy.

Honor your bodies.
Find time to relax and unwind.
Do nothing.
