In this episode we speak with coach Dallas Jensen.  Coach Jensen is the head Men’s basketball coach at College of the Sequoias in Visalia, CA.  In his first three years as a collegiate coach, Jensen has amassed an astounding 84% winning percentage with 75 wins and only 14 losses.  We take a deep dive into how he was able to achieve so much success early in his head coaching career with stories from his basketball upbringing centered around family and hoops, how being an assistant to some legendary coaches helped shape his own coaching philosophy and how he uses relationships to cultivate an environment for success with his teams.  Coach Jensen gives us his secret sauce for managing all the buckets in his life (from coaching, managing family dynamics as a unit, personal relationships and living an active lifestyle) with terrific energy and a humble spirit.
