Hey there, how nice of you to read this and maybe even listen to an episode. I’m Bo and in this podcast I talk about everything I’m thinking off and dealing with. It’s kind of meant as a way to process everything going on inside me whilst potentially helping others. Since forever I’ve had many mental health issues and have been in a severe depression for about a year now while being autistic. After listening to several podcasts that talked about their lives and how tremendously it helped me by hearing others going through similar situations, I wanted to try it out myself. Hope you’ll like it!
