Ep 1: What Is Energy and How Can It Help You Change Your Life?

A famous quote from Albert Einstein:

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”


I like to elaborate on this concept with an analogy: 

Energies are like different flavors you can add to your life to make it more wonderful, rich, and abundant. We all like different flavors (frequencies). The more you ask to add new energies/flavors that you love, and that match the vibration and frequency of a life you desire, the greater your life becomes.

  1. We all speak the language of energy - we all come in as babies with energy as our first language. It’s something you intuitively know although many of us have forgotten that language or got confused by it since so many people’s words that they speak don’t match the energy of the thoughts, feelings and emotions actually going on. 

  2. We all have a massive energetic capacity, if you don't see energy, or you don't feel it, that doesn't mean you don't get it. 

  3. Think of a place you love to go or a person you love to be around, that’s the ENERGY that you are drawn to. 

  4. ‘I love your energy’ is one of the greatest acknowledgements and compliments you can give and receive.

  5. Rather than always being at the effect of the outside world, and letting that change our vibration and how our world shows up to us, you can instead shift your vibration and change your frequency which then creates a life unique to you.

  6. The 5 Main Clairs (senses) - many of us have heard of clairvoyance - ‘clear seeing’, then there’s clairaudience (clear hearing), clairsentience (clear feeling), clairalience (clear smelling) and claircognizance (clear knowing). Claircognizance is when you just  know something to be true, even though you didn’t see it, hear it or feel it. You just know it. If this is how you perceive energy, you may have always thought you don’t ‘get it’ since there’s no sensory input like sight, sound, feeling or smell. This is actually just a different way of following your intuition. When you can identify which one is your dominant one, then it’s often easiest to start there and develop your own intuitive abilities, work on them and strengthen them.
