What are you asking for with your body? And is that the way you are actually judging your body?

Every body is different. In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Gaia Compagnon about listening to and being in question with your body, and following the energy of what works for your body.

Judgment is a lie that is meant to maintain a small point of view and make you less than. What if it was time to stop all judgment?

What would our lives be like if we stopped judging our bodies, and what could we create and generate and be here on the planet?

It's up to you to make the demand to change. Stop judging your body and start choosing what actually works for your body.

• "Universe, help me. I've got to change something. Whatever it takes. Please show me."
• "What is the gift in this?"
• "What's right about this that I'm not getting?

Tools:

• Surround yourself with people who are a contribution.
• Judgment is a lie that is meant to maintain a small point of view and make you less than. What if it was time to stop all judgment?
• Your body is not a trash can. If you are not hungry anymore, don't eat.
• Be in question.
• Enjoy what you choose.
• Don't choose something because you have to, choose it because it works for your body.
• Get your full bloods done - it's your body giving you information.
• Listen to your body and follow the energy of what your body is asking for rather than overriding it
• What if there was no past?
• What if there was never anything you had to fix about your body and it was about what change is required to be more and have more?
• What is your body asking for that will change everything?
• Ask for all the truths and lies to show up and what would it take to change?
• We make the demand of what we desire to eat.
• Make the demand to change.
• If it's not a habit for you to move, find someone to help you create new habits
• Nothing about food, movement and your body is linear.
• What are you asking for with your body?
• You've just got to start. Just start where you are.
• You don't need to be in shape to move
• What if you could choose anything? Choose what works for you, but choose. Don't not choose.
• What is it your body is asking for that would give you this living that we were meant to be here on the planet?
• You can be greater than what you are currently choosing.

How many of you have insane povs you are creating that is limiting your financial reality, your business, your relationships, your body, etc, and keeps you from being everything you can be? Are you a control freak? You might think controlling everything is working for you but it's not creating anything.

When you are with horses, controlling doesn't really work. You have to be present, you have to trust, and you have to receive. What if you applied those principles to your life?

In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Alison Cox about what they've learned from riding horses.

Throughout history, horses have always contributed to us. Be with horses. Let them contribute to you.

• "What can I gain from this?"

Tools:

• Trust you and trust your horse.
• Ask a question eg "What is going on here?"
• Trust that you are going to know something in every moment.
• Flip controlling into receiving. You think controlling everything is working for you but it's not creating anything.
• Acknowledge where things aren't working, with interesting point of view, and acknowledge what you need to change.
• Stop looking for the problem.
• Every single word that you think or speak creates your life.
• Acknowledge your worth - what has the universe learnt from you?
• You have to receive.
• You are continuously learning.
• Allow the chaos to be.
• play and find out.
• fear isn't real.
• What if you could choose something today that you thought you could never choose?
• What if you know more than you think and you're actually capable of more if you just give it a try?
• Let the universe show you what you know. let your body show you what you know. Trust your body, trust the universe, trust your horse.
• Be with horses. Let them contribute to you.
• What would you like to ask for?
• The universe will always meet you where you are at. It will never give you something you can't handle.

Everywhere in your life that you've asked for something, it's shown up, and you've refused it because it didn't show up the way you thought it should, or the way you thought you could control it, will you destroy and uncreate it? How many lifetimes have you been riding and you've been killed on a horse or thrown off or something has occurred so that in this lifetime you go, "Oh no, I don't want to touch one again!" How much have you forgotten to engage with the entirety of the planet?

In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks about acknowledging the gift of the Earth and receiving from it. To do that, you have to be present. You have to take time to just BE.

You being you is a miracle! Trust you, trust your body, trust the universe.

• "How does it get any better than that?"
• "What would we like to do today? What would our bodies like to do today?"
• "What am I aware of?"
• "Is it relevant?"
• "Show me, universe. Show me Earth."
• "Earth, what do you require of me today? And what can I receive from you?"
• "Is there something else possible beyond this?"
• "What can I be today that is different?"
• "What else is possible?"

Tools:

• Do something without your phone for one hour a day, one day a week.
• What if it's not what you do but what you be to expand your financial reality?
• Choose in 10 second increments.
• Let consciousness lead you and follow the energy.
• Let the Earth gift to you.
• What can you be that will allow all of this to change?
• What are you truly requesting of the universe and demanding of yourself?
• Connect to the entirety of the universe.
• Trust you, trust your body, trust the universe.
• What are you making so relevant about money that is not?
• What are you not making relevant that could be relevant that could increase your revenue streams, increase your business and increase the purpose of your business?
• How many times do you go to conclusion rather than ask a question?
• Where are you trying to pretend you are normal?
• You being you is a miracle!
• Be alive no matter who or what is around you.
• Do you have the point of view that you are never doing or being enough? Is that true or something that was projected at you?
• What if the greatest thing you got to do today was breathe, and that was okay?
• What else can you receive today? What if you could receive from the entirety of the Earth?
• Go somewhere without your phone. If you can, go somewhere in nature. Pull energy up through your feet from the entirety of the Earth into your body and ask it to contribute to every single molecule; all the trillions of cells you have in your body.
• What can you receive from the universe today?
• Stop pretending you are small and finite and you don't have choice. You are an infinite being, you have infinite choice. What are you choosing today? What else is truly possible?
• How much do you perceive the needs people think they have rather than the needs they actually have?
• Where are you being needy when you could be being needless?
• When you function from your awareness, it's a different possibility.
• How many of you are doing control because you think you need to do control in order to choose something?
• Who have you decided you need? What have you decided you need? if you didn't need it, what could you ask for, what could you request, what could you receive? It's a really different possibility, but you have to choose that. What are you going to choose?

Gary Douglas on needlessness:

When you have the power of needlessness, you are free to have or not have something; you are not at the effect of the thing you need or believe you cannot live without.

Needlessness is the ability to recognize that anybody can leave; so what?

Needlessness is the most important potency, and it is the least

accessed.

Needlessness is the willingness to be totally connected without requiring anything of the person. When someone is needless, they require nothing of anyone. If you are not vested in something, you are needless.

As a boss, you would do needlessness. You have be willing to destroy everything in order to create everything. When you manage from awareness, you don't have to do control.

What media are you currently using to your advantage?

In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Justine McKell from McKell Media about how to connect with the media.

Pitching to the media really needs your voice. Everyone has a story. No one loves perfection, they love to connect with the mess and the story. But don't buy the story, use it to your advantage.

The key is making sure you stand out and being so unapologetically you.

People are looking for something different; be the difference!

Questions And Tools:

• "I'm aware of it. Now what else can I create and generate?"
• "What would it take to be with people who are kind and nurturing and don't judge me or my body?"

Tools:

• People love to connect with the mess and the story. How many stories do you have that would make you accessible to the rest of the world to increase whatever it is you are currently working on that you would like to get out into the world?
• Spend an hour diving deep into your background, your story. Why are you doing what you are doing? What are the moments you overcame something? What happened in your life to make you choose what you do now? What is it you would actually like?
• But don't buy the story, use it to your advantage.
• Books don't necessarily earn money but they give you credibility.
• What if you pitch something different? Spark that curiosity.
• Use the access consciousness tools.
• Do your research so that you're pitching relevant media.
• There's nothing that beats the engagement between two human beings.
• Be willing to listen to others and receive, even though you might not agree with everyone.
• Stop duplicating what everybody else is doing; that's just boring.
• AI is not good for social media posts or pitching - it really needs your voice.
• The key is making sure you stand out and being so unapologetically you.
• Saying the name of the person interviewing you makes them become very present with you.
• People don't want to see perfection, they want to see you. If you fall and stumble sometimes, that's okay.
• Practise the art of asking questions that follow the energy.
• Podcasts give the listeners a chance to get to know you, which is much more valuable than when someone scrolls through a 10 second post on Instagram.
• A podcast is candid conversation, so you get more of that engagement and more honesty.
• A podcast doesn't end; you can pull content from it for months.
• Many things can happen off the backend of a podcast.
• Being interviewed on someone else's podcast springboards you by connecting with their audience. It's a way to grow your list faster. It also lets you practise speaking.
• Follow the energy and speak to what's there.
• You need to be cited in AI searches. The more media you get and the more podcasts you are on elevates you in AI searches.
• Don't use AI for how to run your life. You choose.
• The latest trend is people looking for longer content with more depth to it.
• What if you started to engage in a different way? find out something about people that you don't already know
• Everything you think is a problem is only a situation that you can look at, ask questions and choose something different. What if it's all good copy and you can use it all to your advantage?
• What if you allowed yourself to pivot and change the trajectory of your life when you know there is something different available?
• What contribution can we be to each other with the choice to actually live?
• Choose what works for you.
• There are different ways you can be in the world that creates a different invitation than what this reality is telling you you should do.
• Pick up the telephone and have a conversation.
• Attend in person events - the value of a relationship can't be forgotten.

Are you duplicating everybody else by having relationships with people and things, or do you acknowledge yourself as the generative source and create?

In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas continues her conversation with Kelly Pringle about having creationships with everything and everybody, rather than relationships.

Creationship is accessing the greater you.

When you are in creationship, you enjoy people but you also open yourself up to all possibilities, with anyone, at any time; there's no limitation to it. You might require and desire something from the other person, but not from lack or need, and doesn't mean you are less than when they are not around; there's room for malleability and change and exploration of something different.

What would it take to be in creationship with everything and everyone?

• "Universe and body, show me the way"
• "Body, what do you require? Do you require anything?"
• "Why do I care?"
• "Now what else can I add to my life?"
• "Dear universe, what else is possible?"

Tools:

• Trust you, your body and the universe.
• We are amazing and incredible and we keep pretending that we're not. We tend to access the debilitation of us and not what is the greatness of us. What percentage are you choosing your brilliance? Creationship is accessing the greater you.
• There is so much more available to us. Are you choosing your magic?
• You need to start accessing what you know. What you know, nobody else knows. What you are aware of, nobody else is aware of.
• Destroy and uncreate everything you're still perceiving in your body from past lifetimes.
• What if you were willing to be more vulnerable?
• The only way you are going to get hurt is if you choose to
• Look at why you care. What if you didn't care and you chose?
• Choosing for you is not choosing against others.
• Do you enjoy the people you are with? Do they add to your life?
• Everything you make significant and relevant in relationship creates the structure of relationships.
• What is your relationship with money? Destroy and uncreate it.
• If you trusted money, what would show up? Start trusting, honouring, being in allowance, being grateful, and being vuln with and for money.
• Stop duplicating everybody else with money. What if you were a generative source with money instead?
• When you do creationship with money, you start to receive in a different way. Ask for a creationship with your finances like you've never chosen before.
• Being out of control is allowing so many more possibilities to show up beyond anything you can imagine.
• We are so quick to go to what's wrong rather than, "This is beautiful."
• A lot of people misidentify excitement as fear.
• What expectations do you have with your body?
• When you function from rightness and wrongness, you eliminate awareness.
• What have you decided is right with your body? What have you decided is wrong with your body?
• It's a constant state of being in question with your body and not doubting it.
• Ask for a creationship with your body like you've never chosen before.
• Do you do boredom so you can be entertained? Go outside and do nothing until you are not bored.

What do you desire that you haven't been willing to ask for? What if you could pull it into your life magically, would you?

When you do an energy pull, you are working with the consciousness of the universe. You are letting the universe know your request and you are moving energy to facilitate receiving your request.

The energy pull is the perfect starting point to use chaos and discover the type of wizard you are with energy. What magic are you capable of that you have not yet acknowledged you are capable of?

What if everything in life is way easier than you think it is?

• Be willing to receive what you are asking for.

• What are the greatest possibilities available for your business?
• We misidentify so much that working hard is going to create greater, but it's not.
• What if relaxation was required to create and generate anything and everything?
• Where are you being so autonomous and refusing to ask for help? What if asking for help and asking to receive more is actually the bravest thing that you could choose?
• Receive all energies. True receiving is opening up to the entirety of the universe; not controlling what you will and won't receive.
• Choice is our super power!
• Magic is choosing what works.
• Acknowledge you are the source of creation of everything.
• Start being that brilliance and ask for what you desire and require.

Are you reacting to the current economic downturn like everyone else? Tightening the purse strings and functioning from lack is going to create more lack.

The world is in lack but you don't have to be. Are you willing to not be normal, average and real, and choose possibilities?

In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Viv Adcock about the energetics of money and what you can do and be to generate and create possibilities with money, regardless of the economic climate.

Firstly, tightening the purse strings is a judgment - that there's not enough money, that it's finite, that things are too expensive, etc. - and judgment never creates, it always destroys.

Secondly, what you focus on grows. Are you putting your attention on what is not, rather than looking at what else is possible and what you are actually receiving?

If you are truly desiring something different, you've got to be out of control and in question, and you've got to be willing to receive, allowing every molecule of consciousness to contribute to you.

• "What can I create, what can I choose, what action can I take to change my financial reality?"
• "Who does this belong to?"
• "Universe, show me what else is possible."
• "What can I receive that I haven't been willing to receive before?"
• "What else is possible beyond this?"
• "What have I decided I need money for?"
• "What am I avoiding with money?"
• "What am I proving with money?"
• "What am I proving with no money?"
• "What can show up today that I wasn't willing to receive?"
• "What can I be today that I have not yet chosen?"
• "All of life comes to us with ease, joy and glory."

• Don't go to reaction, go to action.
• What year did you create the most money so far? Times it by 10. What action do you need to take to create and generate that?
• Do you need to make more money? Would you like to?
• Tightening the purse strings and functioning from lack is going to create more lack.
• Acknowledge what you are already receiving. What if you didn't stop receiving?
• Look for what else is possible.
• Start being in question and find out what is possible beyond control.
• Price is not relevant because you can always create and generate more.
• The world is in lack but you don't have to be in lack.
• What if it isn't a problem, what if it's a situation?
• POC & POD to clear the canvas then ask, "What action can I take that will create change here?"
• Don't try and work out the future by controlling it. Allow the future to show up by being in question.
• Be willing to ask for help.
• Are you willing to go bigger and greater than you perceive is possible?
• What contribution can you be with money?
• What if money was to change people's realities?
• Do you want a predictable, duplicatable reality or a generative life that is always about being in question and always receiving and knowing that greater can show up?
• You've got to be out of control.
• You've got to be willing to receive.
• Have you decided you can't outcreate your family?
• How many of you are functioning from this caste system that doesn't need to be?
• Are you truly desiring something different?
• Stop being limited and start being you

What would happen if you were out of control, out of definition, out of form, structure and significance, out of linearities, out of concentricities and out of limitations with receiving? What action can you take today that would allow something so different to show up that just blows you away - financially, business, relationships, sex, everything?
