When something shows up in your world, do you try to find a solution? What stops you from simply asking for what you desire? Guilt? Is it too easy to just receive? 

This episode of Choice, Change and Action, is an excerpt from a call that Simone Milasas and Dr David Kubes recently facilitated, Stop Trying To Find A Solution And Dare To Ask, where all the proceeds go towards building a new bridge at El Lugar. In this part of the call, Simone and David talk about what people choose instead of relaxation and receiving.

Most people have a list of things they should be doing and judge themselves when they are not. This is an example of the cognitive dissonance that stops us from receiving what we are asking for. Is it time for something different? 

In the realms of possibilities there is no wrongness, there is no rightness, we get to choose our reality. You just have to choose it!

Jarryd has gone through situations, particularly with his body, that he has used as an opportunity to grow as a being rather than getting stuck in playing ‘victim’. 

One thing that Jarryd’s experiences have taught him is to be really present every day, knowing that it creates your future, and have fun! Now is a time when a lot of people reflect on what they would like their life to be like, and the choices they have made so far. But the key with this that most people miss is to do it without judgment.

At the end of each year Simone names the upcoming year based on the energy. In 2019, Simone called 2020 the year of chaos; and, yes, there was certainly chaos. For 2025, Simone is naming it the year of magic in every moment. And, there is magic in every moment. A lot of those moments that we judge or doubt or create as a distraction, what if there was magic in those moments as well?
