Haviva Kohl currently leads the design and build of Google’s Student Talent Development Programs for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Having left home at the age of 12, Haviva has defied the odds to pursue her mission to pay it forward through education.  

Along the way, she shared roof with several families, narrowly dodged grenades, and launched schools in underserved communities around the world.

In this episode, we speak to Haviva about her inspiring journey of grit, resilience and the north star which guided her as she overcame numerous hurdles, failures and several life-threatening events. She also shares advice on how we can create space for ourselves and build a career that is meaningful and fulfilling.
