This week host Helen Slater chats to Sasha Glasgow, she classes herself as a writer, doubter and doer. Sasha writes about her own journey as it unfolds unlearning self-doubt and tuning back into self-trust, in the hope that her doing so through her creative outlet proves as small, powerful #RemindHers to those that come across her words.
Sasha started again when last January she became tired of thinking “well why me” and changed that narrative to “well why NOT me” this was the birth of Frank and Feel, even though she's been writing in some form from the age of eight, she only started calling herself a writer last year and used her Instagram as a platform to share her words and since then she has been working to step away from self-doubt.
Starting Again is for anyone who has been through a significant change in their life, and is looking towards the next chapter. Whether that be divorce or separation, grief, illness, a change of career starting a business or wanting to change direction in your life and you are not sure where to begin. This is for you! In these episodes, Helen sits down with women who have wonderful tales of re-thinking what life can be and what they can get out of it.
