Christmas and New Year is just around the corner! And with the festive season comes a whole host of dinners and drinks out, as well as being bombarded with food in every single shop.

Trying to find balance between enjoying these foods without gaining weight is really difficult.

But it's not impossible.

In this episode, I share practical tips I give to my 1:1 clients on how you can still eat the mince pies, chocolates, cakes and crisps, but take back control so you don't fall into an all or nothing cycle of overeating, then needing to spend a month of restricting in January.

Try these tips out, and you'll start 2024 without having regained the weight you've worked so hard to lose.
