Not over eating is actually very easy.


You just don’t put the food in your mouth..  The Hard part is how you feel when you DON’T give in to that urge.  The hard part is dealing with your emotions, especially when you're relying on food to make you happy.


For most of us, we’re not taught what to do when we feel intense emotions…. 


Our modern world has conditioned us to just escape them… because it’s so easy. 


If you start mindlessly eating out of boredom.  it's because you don't know how to manage that boredom.


If you know how to manage boredom, then you don't need to escape it with food. 


So how to we start to manage it?  That's what today's podcast is all about.
