Statistics show that mental health concerns and stress levels have skyrocketed so it is likely that we all know someone who could use some form of support. In this episode Lindsay and Stacy discuss how to support someone struggling with their mental health. They share:


  • How to create a safe space that opens the door to a conversation about mental health. The importance of connection and vulnerability when approaching someone who is struggling.


  • Tips on how to identify signs of mental health decline in a friend or loved one.


  • The best ways to support someone and questions to ask to better understand what they need. 


  • Knowing when a boundary needs to be set to avoid caregiver burnout and when a higher level of care is needed.
