This episode is all about the first time I made an "unpopular" decision. Meaning, it wasn't what others thought was best, but I knew it was the right decision for me.
I felt the need to constantly defend that decision, and I felt insecure and judged for my choice.
Since then, I've made lots of "unpopular" decisions that were outside the norm, but the more I do it, the more I build the confidence in my decision making skills and the less I feel the need to defend my choices to others.
I hope this episode inspires you make decisions that are best for you, and to worry less about what others think about them. Happy listening!
