Vinny began his real estate career in 2006 when he joined a mortgage brokerage specializing in commercial properties in Orange County, CA. In 2009 he left the corporate world and started his own brokerage, Beach Lending Apartment Group.

He has since closed over a thousand 5+ unit apartment loans and has built a reputable referral business. His expertise in commercial and multi-family real estate allows him to source the best loans for our development projects and maximize returns. Vinny is an Army Veteran, past airline pilot, car enthusiast and father of 2.
