This is a special birthday episode...but not my birthday, my daughter's! She turns two this week and I thought this was a perfect time to reflect back over the last 2 years as a first-time mom navigating business, career, relationships, mental health, motherhood and so much more.

I wanted to share the important lessons I learned in case it can help another mom early on in her journey not beat herself up as much I did or a fellow toddler mom not feel so alone.
