As I was reflecting on this milestone and celebrating all the value, content, connection, creativity, and transformation that has happened over these 100 episodes I was reminded of the value and importance of CELEBRATING PROGRESS.

Doing a look back on how far we've come is an excellent tool for helping us get unstuck and build belief that what we want is possible.  It reminds us that there were other times in our lives that we did something we'd never done before.  It reminds us that there were other times when we didn't think we could and WE DID IT.

Taking time to reflect on and celebrate progress also helps us see growth we may have missed if we had only focused on the distance between where we are and where we want to go.
