Do you know that you can pull victory from the jaws of defeat?

When I was first starting out as an online marketer, I was doing everything possible to not get seen.

I wanted a successful podcast, because that meant that I could provide for my family and be able to do what I wanted when I wanted.  

But fear is crippling to your success, and that was really my hang up.

I had no audience to start with, and I was afraid that people would laugh at me.

Criticize me.

Hate me.

I was a little afraid that I would come as being “high and mighty” or something similar…

I hated the idea of being on camera, so that’s when it hit me…

Why not just talk into your phone and press record?

It seemed pretty safe and familiar to me.

It was a step in the right direction, but I knew that  was only the beginning of my journey.

The plan was simple…

Set up an account on anchor.

Record a daily podcast.

Push the publish button…

But all was not well…

I had no idea how to actually get people to listen…

But I came to realize that despite the abysmal listener rate that I had accomplished what I had set out to do…

The podcast was successful, because I had created 100 episodes of value filled content that I knew could change the world…

It never would have happened if I hadn’t grown as a person and stuck my neck out there.

Vulnerability will carry you a long way if you choose to show it.

But I realized that I had set myself up to win the game, because regardless of the numbers…
