Tomorrow is the 1 year anniversary of the podcast!! Cue the trumpets & champagne please! Today in reflecting back on the last 365 days, I read the poem "Our deepest Fear" by Marianne Williamson and it struck me how close to home that poem really hit. While yes, I have fear of rejection, of judgement, of inadequacy, a lot of the work I've done over the last year is becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable. And in doing so, I had to give myself the permission to be awesome. To be authentically me - even if that made other people uncomfortable. I share some stories (when do I not?!) and also some techniques I've used to get myself over this hump.
