Thinking about food can be hard. On one hand, it's a basic human need that often tastes delicious and has deep cultural or emotional meaning (e.g., bring on that comfort food!). But on the other hand, it can feel like we're never getting it right – everybody's got an opinion it seems and that opinion can make you feel like you're eating too much food, not enough food, or the completely wrong food. And that can lead to emotions of an entirely different kind.
