Today on the show I bring on Coach Barkley Christensen from San Juan.  Barkley is the head coach at San Juan High, and over the last 3 years he has led his team to 3 consecutive state titles.  It wasn't always sunshine and daises though.  Barkley learned how to connect with his players and get them to buy in to his leadership and staff.  I talk to him about how he's cultivated a culture of winning AND kindness within his teams and school.  This is an awesome episode!
