One thing I have found in my life is, if I'm feeling angry, frustrated, stressed, overwhelmed, or sad, then I'm usually struggling to get to the root of the problem. You may have experienced something similar. Take health, for example. Many people come to me at OnAscent because they want to lose weight and feel better. Nothing wrong with that. But my question is, why? What's the REAL problem? I believe most people are afraid of getting to the real problem. Because, in most cases, it does two things: 1. It causes pain. 2. It turns the responsibility onto you, the individual. Today we are discussing getting down to the REAL problem, taking action to fix it, and the benefits of doing so.
