Today I woke up and instead of doing my fun morning routine like I usually do, I ended up wasting 3-hours scrolling on Instagram. Old me would have felt like shit about it and spiralled hard. Old me would have felt like she just wasted an entire morning and now the day would be totally unproductive. But what if deviating from your plans doesn't have to mean anything bad about you? What if you had the flexibility to have a plan, have tools that support you, and also choose to do things imperfectly?
