Acknowledgement is perhaps the most cost-free, simple, take-it-wherever-you-can-get-it way to say to others that they matter and that they count. Acknowledgments send a powerful message: I see you. I hear you. I understand you. I admire you. You are significant. Its effects are noticeable and lasting – piercing deep into the heart, shaping the inner voice of our employees, teammates, friends and family.
