👉 30% of recruiters thought that a positive recruiter interaction motivated talent the most. Whereas only 8% of actual talent thought this to be the case.
👉 Only 9% of recruiters said that reputation motivated talent. But 23% of people looking for jobs and talent said that reputation was the key factor at play.
