Dr. Shawn Harrington is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Windsor, ON. He grew up in a police family and now the bulk of his practice is dedicated to supporting first responders and military personnel. Dr. Harringtons mission is to promote mental health, to de-stigmatize it, and encourage people to continue to develop personally and emotionally. Dr. Harrington, treated and supported Tony in his bout with PTSD. In this episode they discuss the symptoms and treatment of PTSD, anxiety, depression, coping mechanisms and positive solutions for people to use.
