In this week’s episode, we talk to father of six children, Mark Dalman! Mark has five daughters and one son, ranging in age from 21 to 7 years of age. With this many children, how does a father make any time for himself or his marriage?Mark is a member of the same church that Tim and his family attend. Our discussion gets very personal as Mark explains how his Christian faith has helped him through some of the toughest moments that any parent can face. We talk about his oldest child’s struggle with cancer as well as the challenges of raising his youngest who has Autism. No show would be complete without a discussion on parenting fails. We discuss the use of adult language by our children and how we handle those situations. What word did Mark’s son use? Where did he learn that word? You'll have to listen to find out.Mark leaves us with some great advice on living in the moment with your children as they grow up. We only get so much time with them as children. Once that time is gone, we will never get it back.Mark left an open invitation to get in touch with him which you can do on facebook by simply searching his name, Mark Dalman.Additional links:Chris made reference to Kodi Lee's performance on America's Got Talent during the discussion about autism.
