A long time practitioner of various forms of meditation, Aaron has completed meditation teacher training through Lifestyles Meditation (Level 1: Foundations) and InspirED Me Learning and Coaching (200 hr Meditation Teacher Training Program).   Aaron has an academic background in spirituality, religious studies, theology, and philosophy. He is a practitioner of the spiritual art of karate (3rd Dan, Gohaku-Kai Karate-Do) and various forms of yoga. A former chaplain with the Canadian Armed Forces, Aaron is an ordained spiritual specialist and a practitioner of divination (various oracle cards and the I Ching), spiritual ritual, and spiritual direction.
