It's been nearly a year and a half since COVID was declared a global pandemic. We're currently in what many are considering our fourth wave, with the Delta variant rising in most communities, including ours. I've found myself experiencing so many feelings, and wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and validate the feelings of being a leader during these difficult times.
