Dopo tanto tribolare, tra sanatori e sputacchiere, il ‘900 sembra essere finalmente un secolo promettente per la lotta alla tubercolosi! Tra lunghiii test per un vaccino con annessi problemi e svariati farmaci con storie a metà fra la scienza e il gossip brutto, finalmente la medicina riesce a tirare fuori risposte efficaci contro la TBC, e tutto il mondo è entusiasta.

Ma sembra proprio che questa sconfitta non sia affatto definitiva, anzi, sia una grande illusione, e mentre si smantella tutto quello che si era creato per prevenire, il peggior amico dell’uomo attende quieto nell’ombra.

Nella puntata di oggi parliamo di propaganda, vaccini con storie avventurose e disastrose, farmaci rivoluzionari scoperti da medici non sempre integerrimi, una piccola nota patriottica e lo spettro di un avversario che non vuole davvero mollare la presa.
