This episode is straight from my heart about embracing our evolutions and not getting stuck by fear or feeling like we have to 'stay the course' on a path we have been pursuing. Life is meant to be lived as a series of chapters and with each new one brings new desires, goals, dreams, values, etc and that is a good thing.

As moms, we go through a massive evolution and we need to give ourselves permission to pivot where we feel called to as long as we are doing it based on what is most aligned for us. I made some massive pivots in my career and business lately and this episode shares a bit of that journey and why it is so important for us to allow ourselves to evolve and pivot when life is calling us in a new direction.

The unknown can be scary and uncomfortable, but if we are never scared or uncomfortable then we are never growing and evolving and that is what we are meant to do.
