Between hockey and horses, Jill kept busy as a teen. She has volunteered at therapeutic riding centers for the past few years and credits them to her early work ethic and compassion for others.

As an early entrepreneur, Jill was able to figure out what services she wanted to offer as a graphic designer and what type of clients she wanted to work with. She shares how securing a cornerstone client also allowed her time to build her freelance business and coworking space.

While working with growth-stage entrepreneurs, Jill developed Aville Coworking, a coworking space gone virtual (looking at you pandemic), but has now meshed her businesses together to create Grapeseed Collective.
