Samuel Little is the most prolific serial killer in United States.  He has admitted to 93 murders with 50 of those cases confirmed by authorities.  He targeted the "less dead" known by authories as prostitutes and other people leading a high risk street lifestyle.  

His crimes span over a 40 year period across at least 19 states.  He was arrested in 2012 on drug charges.  His DNA was entered into the ViCAP data base and a match was found from DNA  entered into that system 18 years earlier.
