Compartmentalizing tasks as a parent, makes such a big difference in everyone's mood and overall day.
This leaves you room to be patient, calm and happy together as a family. It's also good to find time for yourself and practice healthy habits.
Eating well, having a few minutes to take break, thinking good thoughts - all of this play such a big part in living a good life.
