In this episode, I talk about how to put yourself first in 5 simple ways as a reminder that You are Number One.
It's easy for parents, moms and dads alike, to forget themselves in the every day. With so many things to juggle at the same time,
it leaves little room for You Time. While it feels good to tick the boxes of our To Do Lists, it's also just as important to remember
that eventually giving energy without rest or time in between to breathe can run you dry. It can burn you out.
So the trick is, managing life with little pockets of moments you can give yourself too.
When the kids are in school for example, already asleep or when you're in between chores. Sometimes, 5 minutes is what it takes
to feel that good balance of You and Everyone Else. Trust me. It matters more than you think. The health and happiness of your family
is related to it, and more importantly, affects yours the most.
