Bri is back after a short absence, and while she knew she was procrastinating, she didn’t know why. That is until she was getting grounded during her morning routine, and it hit her that she was experiencing imposter syndrome.  Subconsciously, she was questioning who she was to be doing a podcast and leading other people.

We have 60,000-90,000 thoughts a day, if we’re not conscious of them, they can negatively shape what we believe.  As Jesus said, take every thought captive and submit it to the truth.  When you don’t think you’re worthy of something, know that it is a lie.  Don’t entertain those thoughts.  Take it a step further and actively counter those thoughts.  It’ll take time, but you can rewire your brain to your true worth.
