I was introduced to the idea of the "6 human needs" a couple of years ago, listening to a presentation by Tony Robbins. It was a game-changer for me. It changed the way I think about things. From how I reflect on anxiety and stress I feel at times, to what causes me joy, excitement, and fulfillment. Regardless of whether you feel in balance, or completely out of balance, you can apply this model to help you take inventory of where you are, and what might be missing.
