I mentioned recently that Cory and I attended a conference together that led to a lot of takeaways and desired actions steps.  

She joins me today to debrief.

Cory and I recently attended our first marketing/business development conference together as independent business owners!  

It was a cool experience to go through together and to share each of our key take aways and plans for implementation.  I'm going to break down a handful of my key takeaways over the next handful of episodes.  This is part 1.

I'm really trying to find the silver lining in this one...I can't stand the Patriots, but the sustained excellence they've achieved as an organization is undeniable.  I'll share my key takeaways from their dynasty and what we can learn from it.

In the interest of sticking to our New Year's Resolutions, I spend a little time unpacking how I personally try to attack each day to maximize productivity, and ensure the right balance.

I'm a big believer that societal change and progress starts at home, and it's our responsibility as leaders of our respective households to take up that challenge.
