Jamie has ran two consecutive sub 3 hour marathons over the past year and I managed to achieve my sub 3 hour goal at Manchester back in April, so we thought it would be good to do an episode discussing all things sub 3!
We chat through our experiences of the Loch Ness and Manchester marathons, our training blocks, the lessons learned and we give some valuable advice on training for running events, whatever level you are at!
