After a long hiatus, we have returned with a new guest, Josh Cisneros, the 2020 IBJJF adult black belt Pan American champion! After moving cross country, I had the opportunity to train with Josh a few times, and he agreed to spend some time with us telling his story, giving some advice, and discussing  his favorite movies.
