Between Two Lines: Performance, Life and Everything in Between

EP #11: with Alex Effer - Breaking Down Patterns in Human Movement

Listen Later

In this episode, we had the pleasure of talking to Alex Effer, an Exercise Physiologist, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Online Educator from Toronto, Canada. Alex is an absolute wizard when it comes to understanding human movement and has created systems which allow him to break down and then solve complex injuries and pain presentations. He also runs his own mentorship online and is very, very highly regarded in the field of performance and rehab.

More importantly though, he's such a genuine and nice dude, so it was a pleasure chatting with him.
